Create an HTML File

At their very core, HTML information are simply text information with two capabilities.

 1. HTML information have an .html or .htm computer file expansion. A computer file expansion is an acronym that associates the computer file with the appropriate program or tool needed to access it. In most cases, this acronym follows a period and is three or four letters long. In the following example, notice that the Yahoo! webpage ends in an .html computer file expansion.
2. HTML information have labels. Tags are orders or code used to tell the computer how to display the site content. After choosing Perspective | Page Resource, Page | Perspective Resource, or Perspective | Resource, you can see some of the HTML labels in Yahoo!’s webpage.
