Image File Types

The most common and commonly reinforced picture computer file kinds are:

GIF (usually noticeable with a smooth g, just like the peanut butter think “choosy developers choose GIF” to help you keep in mind but many people do articulate it with a hard g) the phrase for Design Change Format

JPEG (pronounced jay-peg) the phrase for Combined Photo Professionals Group
Because of its pressure structure, the GIF computer file kind is most effective for flat-color graphics such as comic strips, designs, typography, and line art.

In comparison, JPEG was designed for photographic picture and must not be used for flat-color graphics.
A third computer file kind, PNG, has also become commonly reinforced and used these days. PNG, which appears for Mobile System Design, has many of the best features from both JPEG and GIF.

It’s taken some time for it to become well-known only because, in the last, it was not reinforced by all the surfers.
