There are design piece qualities available for each of the HTML actual and sensible designs. CSS also allows you to add focus often not possible with HTML. For example, while HTML only allows you to add underlines to textual content, CSS contains qualities able of developing overlines. That and other widely used qualities are detailed in Table:
